Description
TRAMLUB SSM ECO is a grey lubricating grease based on a synthetic, rapidly biodegradable base oil. To optimise its wear-protecting properties it contains an especially selected combination of reactive white solid lubricants.
Field of application
TRAMLUB SSM ECO is designed for the lubrication of running edges and rail flanks used by rail-borne traffic and serves to reduce friction and wear in the wheel/rail contact area.
Method of application
TRAMLUB SSM ECO is preferably applied using appropriate stationaray rail lubricating systems. It goes without saying that manual application is also possible.
Note
If a few boundary conditions are taken into account, TRAMLUB SSM ECO can also be used for rail head treatment. In such a case please discuss the matter with our application engineering department.
